Applications for the Farming Equipment and Technology Fund (FETF) 2026 will open on 17 March and close on 28 April.
This UK government fund offers a total of £50 million to support farmers, growers, foresters, and their contractors in investing in equipment and technology.
The funding is divided into three themes: Productivity, Slurry, and Animal Health and Welfare. Each theme has a grant value ranging from £1,000 to £25,000, with a combined maximum of £75,000 for applications across multiple themes.
The fund covers 290 items from approved lists, including precision spraying technology, ventilation improvements, and slurry handling equipment. The final standalone round of FETF in its current form will be in 2026, with future grant schemes expected to be combined from 2027 onwards.
