15th April: Tour of Lower Drayton Farm

They have 100 beef cattle, 100 ewes and arable land comprising 400 acres of wheat at OSR.

Diversification is a strong theme around the farm, with a popular children’s play barn, café, Pick your own vegetables, a maize maze, sunflower walk, and new for 2026, Tulip fields. Robots are regularly used for drilling and cultivation and this aligns with their SFI practices. We will be treated to a tour of the farm and light refreshments will be served at the end.
