The Country Girls UK is looking for a creative, driven and highly organised Brand Content Manager to join our senior team on a self-employed basis.
This is a remote role for someone who understands how to build a brand through content, thrives on fresh ideas and wants to grow with a fast-moving community-led brand. You’ll take ownership of storytelling across our platforms and help shape the next stage of our growth.
The role
Key responsibilities
Content creation & editing
• Editing high-quality videography and photography for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
• Creating engaging short-form content that captures the energy of our events and community
• Editing long-form podcast episodes (video + audio) for YouTube & Spotify
Content planning & direction
• Bringing fresh creative ideas and helping shape content direction
• Planning and managing a consistent content schedule aligned with upcoming events
• Ensuring content output remains regular, reliable and aligned with brand goals
Brand partnerships & collaborations
• Building relationships with country brands and leading content collaborations
• Working with inspiring people and industry experts to create masterclasses and blog content for our members community
Brand & community storytelling
• Ensuring all content reflects the tone, values and vision of The Country Girls UK
• Supporting brand growth through engaging content, partnerships and member storytelling
What we’re looking for
• Strong video editing and content creation skills
• A natural storyteller with a strong understanding of social media trends
• Highly organised, proactive and confident managing deadlines independently
• Previous experience growing social channels or building brand presence
• Someone who thrives on consistency and takes pride in delivering content on time
• Confident using modern content and AI tools to support editing, planning and workflow efficiency
• Motivated by growth with an understanding of working towards targets and engagement goals
• Comfortable liaising with brands and external collaborators
• Passion for our countryside lifestyle and the fieldsports industry
Contract details
• Self-employed role
• 60 hours per month
• Remote working
• Start date: 1st April
• Rate dependent on experience
