A progressive, hands-on dairy farm running a 200-cow herd with followers is seeking a dedicated General Farm Worker / Assistant Herdsperson to join a small, hardworking team.
This position is in Rudyard, Nr Leek, Staffordshire. Please note: accommodation is NOT provided.
Our focus is on producing healthy, fertile, long-lasting cows. While we may not chase the highest yields, we believe in achieving strong performance through good management and a healthy, balanced diet.

- Someone reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to muck in where needed.
- Experience with livestock is an advantage, but attitude and work ethic are key.
- A full driving licence is essential.
- Willingness to contribute to weekend cover on a shared basis.
