Bromfield Farms
We are looking to recruit an experienced Herds person/ GFW to add to the current staff team at Bromfield Farms.
Qualifications: AI certification and experience with foot trimming and diagnosing and treating illness and recording antibiotics would be an advantage, but training can be provided for someone wanting to learn. Also some knowledge of computers and technology will help.
We are currently milking 350 cows through 7 GEA Ams milking boxes. The herd is high yielding housed herd supplying Arla, which we are continuously improving through breeding and management.
Self employed would be preferable, there is no accommodation included and a good rate of pay for the right person.
The job can be tailored to your skills and interests with some flexibility on hours/days. No sponsorship/ visas please!
