Due to the acquisition of the JCB franchise in the surrounding area, Chandlers is looking for looking for talented Engineers to work on JCB machinery from its Bridgnorth depot.

As a JCB Engineer, you will:
- Service, diagnose and repair Chandlers full range of JCB machines in workshop and on customer sites to manufacturer standards.
- Be trained and provided with a laptop assigned manufacturer diagnostic software.
- Carry out thorough inspections and repairs to manufacturer standards.
- Be confident in building and maintaining long standing relationships with valued customers.
- Working with our close knit like-minded and passionate teams across the company.
- Be proactively supported with the latest JCB training.
- Practise and promote Chandlers Health & Safety policies.
- Complete daily timesheets and job cards accurately.
- Work with Service Managers and ensure timelines are met.
- **Be required to work 45 hours a week Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:30.
Have you got what we are looking for?
- Level 3 Land Based Engineering or equivalent (HGV, Plant or Construction).
- Experience in working in a franchised main dealer.
- Experienced in working on JCB machinery or other agricultural/plant machinery (ideally telehandlers).
- Passionate about ensuring the farming community keeps their machinery running whilst completing vital work.
- Enjoy the buzz & satisfaction of delivering outstanding customer service when customers need us the most.
- Good communication and IT skills.
- Must have a full driving licence.
