You will join a long-established business specialising in award-winning British beef. Your mission will be to leverage your
knowledge of livestock, particularly in beef and dairy farming, to help drive the growth of the supply chain. Working
from the comfort of your home, you will build relationships with beef and dairy farmers across the UK. Manage your
own schedule and work independently while converting pre-qualified leads into satisfied clients.

Role Responsibilities:
● Build strong relationships with beef and dairy farmers
● Help convert pre-qualified leads into satisfied clients
● Work with field teams to sell livestock and genetics
● Identify and support growth opportunities for rearing and finishing units
● Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
● Maintain accurate records of all communication activities in the CRM system
● Stay up-to-date with livestock industry trends
Skills you will need:
Essential:
● 2–3 years of sales experience, ideally in selling to farmers, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets
● Strong understanding of livestock systems, including beef and/or dairy farming practices
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence farmers
● Comfortable working remotely and independently, managing your own schedule while achieving results
● Ability to accurately track sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools
● Capable of understanding farmer needs and providing practical and effective solutions
● Proficient in IT skills
Remuneration: A competitive salary, dependent on the successful candidate’s level of experience, commission, and
