Dedicated Chris Retires after 59 years at Morris Corfield & Co

The team at Morris Corfield would like to wish their Parts Manager Chris Garbett a very long and happy retirement after 59 years service with the company.

Not one for a big fuss, 12th September marked Chris' last day behind the Broseley parts counter after dedicating 59 years serving the farming community of Shropshire and beyond. Over the years Chris has witnessed a vastly changing agricultural industry, and has committed his whole career to the machinery dealership.

Chris, pictured on the right, together with Morris Corfield's Managing Director Norman Duppa who started working for the company two weeks after Chris, have stacked up an incredible 118 years of service between them. Norman commented "we are indebted to Chris' loyalty and friendship over the years and wish him a very long and happy retirement."
