We'll be distributing our goody bags, packed with useful items and literature from our advertisers, plus you can pick up a free wellbeing book, kindly donated by our regular columnist, Susan Leigh – available while stocks last.
We're also collecting unwanted second-hand spectacles. Your old glasses can make a real difference, as they'll be passed on through our contact who supports a sight charity in Africa.
