Ruth is a dairy farmer from Melton Mowbray and also works part time for Long Clawson Dairy, as Farm Liaison & sustainability Manager. In 2023, Ruth undertook a Nuffield Farming Scholarship where she explored how dairy farmers and environmental organisations work together (or don’t as the case may be), to achieve sustainable food security and combat climate change.
