Family Pride as Morris Corfield Celebrate Next Generation Success at CLAAS Graduation

This autumn, seventeen CLAAS Apprentices proudly completed their CLAAS UK Apprenticeship, officially beginning their careers as fully qualified CLAAS Service Engineers. The graduation ceremony, held on 10th October, marked a special milestone as it included the first group of students from dealerships in England and Ireland to graduate from the in-house apprenticeship programme launched in 2022 at the CLAAS Academy in Saxham.

Morris Corfield is delighted to congratulate Ryan Boden on achieving his Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard. The accomplishment holds particular significance for Managing Director Norman Duppa and Aftersales Director Darren Duppa, as Ryan is their grandson and nephew, respectively.

The graduation marks just the beginning of Ryan’s career journey. Based at Morris Corfield & Co’s Broseley depot, he will continue to develop his expertise through ongoing training and professional development. With the support of the wider Morris Corfield team, Ryan will have opportunities to progress into more specialised roles, such as Master Mechanic or Master Technician in the future.
