Farm Retail Association Appoints Ben Loughrey as New Chair

The Farm Retail Association (FRA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ben Loughrey as its new Chair. Ben, who runs the retail operation of his family business, Over Farm, in Gloucestershire, succeeds Emma Mosey, who stepped down following a three-year tenure.

Ben brings extensive experience in farm retail, working alongside his brother and cousin to deliver engaging and memorable visitor experiences. As Chair, he will lead the FRA in supporting farm shops, visitor attractions, and other rural retail operations across the UK.

Ben commented: “I’m excited to take on this role and work with FRA members to champion creativity, innovation, and growth in farm retail. There’s real potential to make local farming experiences even more engaging for visitors, and I look forward to helping our members achieve this.

The FRA thanks Emma Mosey for her dedication and leadership over the past three years, during which she helped the Association grow its influence and membership across the sector.”
