The Farmers Club Charitable Trust has opened applications for its Snapshot Studies programme, offering funding to support innovative ideas and focused research projects within the agricultural sector.
Grants of between £1,000 and £2,000 are available to individuals looking to explore a specific topic, develop new concepts, or build expertise across farming and food-related industries.
Designed to be both accessible and efficient, the programme aims to encourage knowledge development and practical innovation, helping applicants turn ideas into meaningful, real-world outcomes.
The Trust is particularly keen to support projects that are clear in scope and deliver tangible impact, whether that’s advancing on-farm practices, exploring new technologies, or contributing to wider industry understanding.
A key feature of the Snapshot Studies initiative is its straightforward application process, which includes submitting a short video proposal. Successful applicants will also benefit from mentored project delivery and structured reporting, providing guidance throughout the process.
The programme presents a valuable opportunity for those looking to progress an idea, expand their knowledge, or take the first step into research and development within the sector.
Applications are now open, with funding rounds running annually in April.
