Tractor Drivers Wanted!

AR Richards are expanding the team within their Agricultural Division. 

Are you looking for work? These positions are available for an immediate start.

As we are in our busy season, we are looking to recruit operatives who are both skilled and fully competent in undertaking a wide range of tasks which include harvesting, drilling, baling, buckraking, bale carting and all aspects of work including construction-based activities.

Candidates will be considered based on the following criteria:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role is required.
• A sound working and mechanical knowledge of agricultural machinery and implements.
• Experience with Green Star.
• Must have the ability to work on your own initiative and without supervision and also have the ability to work as part of an existing team.
• Must be prepared to work long seasonal hours, weekend work and Bank Holiday cover.
• Have the ability to problem solve promptly, independently and with confidence.
• Full Driving Licence

The role offers:

• Hourly rate of £12 - £16 per hour depending on experience
• Seasonal long hours and work carried out over 40 hours is paid at a higher hourly bonus rate. (averaging £7k additional income)
• Footwear allowance
• Monthly Mobile Phone allowance
• 28 days paid leave per year (includes 8 bank holidays)
• Workplace Pension Scheme available (if eligible to join) to which we contribute 3%.
• Wages paid weekly.
• Winter work guaranteed for job security.
