Farm Retail Awards 2027 Gather Momentum as PYO Finalists Announced

The Farm Retail Awards 2027, organised by the Farm Retail Association, are gathering momentum, with the shortlist now revealed for Pick Your Own of the Year 2027.

This year’s entries demonstrated an impressive level of quality, innovation and commitment, highlighting the very best of the UK farm retail sector. Being shortlisted is a significant achievement, and we would like to congratulate all those who entered.

The Pick Your Own of the Year 2027 Finalists are:

• Horsforth Pick Your Own at Kemps Farm, Yorkshire
• Kenyon Hall Farm, Cheshire East
• Manor Farm Fruits, Staffordshire

The Winner will be announced at the Farm Retail Awards Dinner, taking place as part of the FRA Annual Conference at the De Vere Cotswold Water Park Hotel in March 2027.

The awards programme is now well underway, with entries for Farmers Market of the Year now closed and the judging process in progress.

Meanwhile, nominations for Associate Member of the Year continue to come in, showcasing the strength and diversity of businesses across the sector.

However, there is still time for FRA members to enter a number of award categories.

The Farm Retail Awards are one of the many benefits of FRA membership and are completely free to enter. Judged by fellow farm retailers and industry experts, the awards celebrate excellence across the industry while providing businesses with an opportunity to gain recognition, reward their teams and showcase their achievements to peers and customers alike.

Entries remain open until Friday 11 September 2026 for:

• Large Farm Shop of the Year
• Small Farm Shop of the Year
• Farm Cafe/Restaurant of the Year
• Farm Shop Butchery of the Year
• Rising Star Award
